Roger Wrenn

Roger J. Wrenn, 79, of Chesterfield, VA passed away on Friday, November 27, 2015. Born in Northampton, Co., NC he was the son of the late Edward A. and Virginia Chambliss Wrenn; and was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Martha Louise Calloway Wrenn. Mr. Wrenn was a United States Navy veteran, retired from Dominion Power with more than 35 years of service and was a member of Good Shepard United Methodist Church in Henrico. He is survived by one son, Rusty Wrenn; four grandchildren, Patrick, Jacqueline and Victoria Wrenn and Jessica McManus; two brothers, Alton Wrenn and wife, Justine of Mechanicsville, VA and Garland Wrenn of Roanoke Rapids, NC; and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving friends. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, November 30, 2015 at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Good Shepard United Methodist Church, 9155 Hungary Rd., Henrico, VA 23294, the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058 or to the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
