Ronnie Mayton Sr.

On Monday, April 11, 2016, Heaven gained an Angel when Ronnie D. Mayton Sr., 61, of Disputanta, VA passed away at his residence surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on February 5, 1955 in Petersburg, VA to the late Bud and Gracy Mayton. Ronnie is survived by his loving wife, Sheri L. Mayton; two sons, Dale Mayton and wife, Tanya and Eric Mayton and wife, Jennifer; five grandchildren, Dylan, Korryn, Kierstin, Christian and Cameron Mayton; two brothers, Bobby Mayton and wife, Jackie and Michael Mayton and wife, Teresa and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Crater Road Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Rd., Petersburg, VA with the Rev. Jim Burton officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, VA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at the funeral home.
