Roy P. Kaiser 82, of Dinwiddie, formerly of Colonial Heights, passed away Tuesday June 11, 2013. He was born on September 18, 1930 to the late William and Florence Louise Wagner Kaiser. Mr. Kaiser was preceded in death by his first wife Shirley Sprouse Kaiser. He was a United States Navy Veteran and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Colonial Heights, Moose Lodge and the American Legion Post 284. Survivors include his wife Virginia Stables Kaiser of Dinwiddie, son, Steven Patrick Kaiser and wife Maria R. Kaiser, of Colonial Heights, son, Danny Lee Kaiser and wife Linda G Kaiser, of Colonial Heights, daughter Rhonda K. Burcham and husband Mark Burcham of Colonial Heights, daughter, Sandra K. Newcomb and husband, Gene Raymond Newcomb of Colonial Heights, daughter, Pamela K. Fox and husband Mark A. Fox of Dinwiddie, son, Scott A. Kaiser of Colonial Heights, step-children Linda Stables of Deltaville, Bonnie Poole of Colonial Heights, Susan S. Mears and husband Tom Mears of Chesterfield, grandchildren Lauren Kaiser, Lexie Kaiser, Jennifer Kaiser, Katie Burcham Ackerman, Gene R. Newcomb III, Sara Campbell, Meagen Fox Lewis, Morgan Fox, Samantha Kaiser, Shannon Kaiser, and Seth Hicks, great-grandchildren, Hailey Sandry , Clay and Aiden Ackerman, Madison Campbell three sisters, three brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday June 17, 2013 in St. Joseph Catholic Church 151 West Washington Street, Petersburg, VA 23804 with Father Brian Capuano as Celebrant. Interment Southlawn Memorial Park Prince George, Virginia. The family will receive friends Sunday evening, June 16, 2013 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard.
