Ruth M. Hamlin 85, of Colonial Heights passed away Saturday November 1, 2014 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Hamlin and a daughter Rhonda Hamlin. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday November 4, 2014 in Blandford Cemetery Petersburg, Virginia.
