Sallie Hall

Sallie P. Hall, 74, of Dinwiddie, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2009 at her son's residence. She was the daughter of the late William A. and Gertrude Rowe Privette and the widow of Charles Edward Hall. She was preceded in death by two sons, Charles Michael Hall and Mark Steven Hall, a sister, Lynn Hall and five brothers. Mrs. Hall was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church, Carson. She is survived by two sons, Randall B. Hall and wife, Bobbie A. Hall of Carson, and John E. Hall and friend, Terri Bennett of Dinwiddie; three grandchildren, Misty Wright, Michele Hall Collier and Jonathan Hall; four great-grandchildren, Hunter Ray Wright, Michael Read, Sean Read, and Kaitlyn Collier; a sister, Daphine Pridgen of Rocky Mount, North Carolina and a brother-in-law, Alton Hall of Rocky Mount, North Carolina. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 1, 2009 at the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Road with Nelton Thomasson, minister officiating. The family will receive friends following the service
