Samantha Brooks

Samantha Elizabeth Brooks, 2, of Chesterfield passed away on Monday, June 28, 2010 at Chippenham Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Doris A. Brooks. Samantha is survived by her parents, Richard L. and Deborah A. Brooks; twin sisters, Rebecca and Rachel Brooks; twin brother, Samuel Brooks; maternal grandparents; Donald and Elizabeth Dersch of Chester; paternal grandfather, the Rev A. Lewis Brooks and wife, Rhonda of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia; paternal great-grandparents, Opal and A. Junior Brooks of Ronceverte, West Virginia; paternal great grandmother, Beulah Wykle of Ronceverte, West Virginia, many additional family members. A funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Colonial Heights Baptist Church, 17201 Jefferson Davis Highway, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834, with the Rev. Dr. Randall T. Hahn officiating. Interment Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, Virginia. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 30, 2010 from 6-8:00 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory 2033 Boulevard, 23834. Flowers are welcomed or contributions may be made to Colonial Heights Baptist Church New Children's Wing in honor of Samantha.
