Sandra Hile Moore, 63, of South Chesterfield, VA, peacefully passed away on January 15, 2021. She was born on March 21,1957. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence R. Hile and Carolyn W. Hile and her brother, Robert E. Hile. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas B. (Bernie) Moore, her daughters Jennifer A. Marshall (Keith), Tracie A. Vogel (James), and Taylor M. Andrews (Branson), and grandchildren Emilie Rhodes, Brooke Marshall, Kaelie Richey, and Thomas Andrews, brother David S. Hile, and sisters Marsha H. Blakely and Lori H. Fuller, devoted caregivers Geraldine Best and Carolyn Gunsenhouser, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends. A graduate of Colonial Heights High School, Richard Bland College, and Virginia State University, she had retired as a contract officer from Defense General Supply Center (DGSC Bellwood). She was a loving and devoted mother and "GaGa" to her grandchildren. She was a former member of the Colonial Heights Jaycees and a founding member of Tri-Cities Junior Women's Club. She enjoyed family time, trips to the beach, time with her friends on Lake Chesdin, "Happy Hour", and was an intense card player. She was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. She was loved and will be missed by many. A private service will be held on January 23, 2021. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church or the Brain Injury Association of Virginia. The family is being served by The Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
