Sandra Rawlings

Sandra Jarratt Rawlings, 55, of Chester, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018. She is preceded in death by her father, Hugh E. Jarratt Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Turner and husband, David; mother, Betty G. Thompson and husband, Les; three grandchildren, Austin, Kaleb, and Kaiden; sister, Kathy Zevgolis and husband, Rodney; step-brother, Tracy Thompson and wife, Laurie; step-sister, Gail McLain; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Highland United Methodist Church, 125 E Westover Ave, Colonial Heights, VA 23834. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
