Sandra Shepherd

Sandra Kaye "Sandy" Shepherd, 58, of Colonial Heights passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2011. She was preceded in death by her son, Brandon Dale Wray. Sandy is survived by her mother, Doris Hodges; an aunt, Betty Jacobs; a cousin, Barbara Jacobs; and many other family members in North Carolina. Services will be private.
