Shari Renee Davis

Shari Renee Davis, 37, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023. She was born on July 17, 1986, in Virginia.

Shari was a devout member of The Chapel in Richmond. Her love for history led her to earn a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She loved reading, collecting books and had amazing taste in music. Her infectious laughter could brighten anyone’s day, and her love for humor was a reflection of her vibrant spirit. Shari was a devoted and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Her memory will continue to live on through the laughter she shared, the love she bestowed, and the memories she created.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ellis and Barbara Green; her paternal grandparents, Judy Lewis and Okey Killingsworth and her cousin, Heather Williamson. She is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, Ian Holbrook Davis; her children whom she loved immensely, Colette Gloria Davis and Finn Charlie Davis; her father, Richard Killingsworth and wife, Amy; her mother, Pamela Killingsworth; her sister, Stephanie Anne White and husband, Justin; her brother, David Bryan Killingsworth; nephew, Titus Shivraj White; and many other extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Hope Point Church, 10500 Newbys Bridge Road Chesterfield, Virginia 23832. Interment will take place privately in Hollywood Cemetery, Richmond, Virginia. Arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.
