Simon C. Edwards, Jr., of Hopewell Va., age 86, passed away on April 24, 2018 after a two-month illness. He is survived by his daughter Teresa Potter and son-in-law James Harrington, daughter Cindy Hadley and son-in-law Ken Hadley, granddaughter Lisa Broughton and great-granddaughter Haley Ritchey, grandson Christopher Broughton wife Yasmin Sanchez-Broughton and great-grandson Alex Sanchez-Broughton.
