Stephen Windsor

Stephen R. "Steve" Windsor, 52, of Prince George, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2014. Born in San Francisco, California, he was a diehard San Francisco 49ers fan. Steve is survived by his wife, Anita Windsor; a son, Robert Windsor; a daughter, Jennifer Mclain; two step-children, Gabrielle Downey and Dakota Downey and fiancé, Christopher "Taco" Weaver; three grandchildren, Maissie, Selena, and one on the way; his mother, Charlene Windsor; three brothers, Rick, Keith, and Kevin Windsor; and a sister, Susan Windsor. A Candlelight Vigil will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at the family residence. Arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E.
