Steve Breedlove

Steve M. Breedlove, 59, of S. Chesterfield, passed away Monday, September 6, 2021. He was born in Lunenburg County, Virginia on September 10, 1961 to the late Alexander M. and Dorothy P. Breedlove and was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda D. Breedlove; and brother, Carl A. Breedlove. Steve was a hard worker and loved his job as a professional tree climber and logger. He was also an animal lover and was especially close to his late dog, Dixie. Steve is survived by his wife of over 35 years, Cindy Breedlove; stepson, Chase Hiller; grandchildren, Georgie Rose and Waylynn Skye Hiller, who loved their “Poppy”; siblings, Mike Breedlove, Martha Letterman, Debbie Corriveau, and Barry Breedlove (Joann); sister-in-law, Tonya Driskill (Troy); father and mother-in-law, Ralph and Betty Hiller; close friend, Shane Neace; dog, Marley; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 W. Hundred Road, Chester, Virginia 23831 with Rev. David Bjork officiating.
