Sue Fisher

Sue Gail Spiers Fisher, 69, of Colonial Heights, entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Friday, January 29, 2016. She was born September 4, 1946 in Petersburg, Virginia to John H. Spiers and the late Clarita Saxon Spiers. Mrs. Fisher was preceded in death by an infant son and a brother, John H. Spiers, Jr. Mrs. Fisher was previously a member of the Ettrick Matoaca Rescue Squad. Her passion was to help others. She lived and expressed her love for her Lord and Savior daily. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved daughter, Teresa Gail Fisher; father John H. Spiers; sister, Trisha S. Owens and husband Ron; brother, Kevan Saxon Spiers; and her beloved nieces, nephews, and cherished friends. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ettrick Matoaca Rescue Squad, 5711 River Road, South Chesterfield, VA 23803 or the Colonial Heights Fire and EMS. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday February 4, 2016 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory 2033 Boulevard, with Pastor Scott Price officiating. Burial to follow in Ettrick Cemetery.
