Susan Hazelette

Susan Newburg Hazelette, 77, of Colonial Heights, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Irvin and Agnes Newburg. Mrs. Hazelett is survived by her husband, Earl Hazelette; daughters, Dottie Hazelette, and Marie A. Adams; grandchildren, Barbara Salyers, Adam Salyers, Rebecca Whitiker, and Jimmy Salyers Jr.; great-grandchildren, Bradley Wright, Brennan Wright, and Kaden A. Salyers. A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2012 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment Private.
