Susan Nardozzi

Susan G. Nardozzi, 61, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2013. Born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, she is the daughter of the late Robert and Esther Wagner Gries, and was preceded in death by a sister, Carole Ann Temple. Susan was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, and the Deborah Sunday school class. She worked as a Greeter at Wal-Mart. She is survived by her beloved son, Todd Nardozzi and wife, Christina of League City, Texas; a granddaughter, Sophia Nardozzi; her brother, Wayne R. Gries and wife, Freda E. of Charlotte, North Carolina; three nieces, Tanua Murray, Sonya Trader and Lisa Morris; a nephew, Stephen Trust; and many dear friends at Wal-Mart. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2013 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Andy Brockelman officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George.
