Susan Richmond

Susan Mitchell Richmond, lovingly called "Nonni" by the light of her life and grandson Aidan, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 at the age of 56. Susan was born January 2, 1960 in Petersburg, Virginia and was preceded in death by her father, William L. Mitchell. She was a member of Kenwood United Methodist Church in Dinwiddie, Virginia. Susan was a devoted mother and grandmother, and loved her Boston Terriers Pinky and Porkchop. She is survived by her husband Richard Richmond, daughter Ashley Elizabeth Reves, son William Richmond, grandson Aidan Reves, mother Eleanor W. Mitchell, brother Scott Mitchell and his wife Pam, niece Kaycee Primm, and nephew Nick Mitchell. Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on January 7, 2016 at Kenwood United Methodist Church on 25200 Ritchie Ave, N. Dinwiddie, VA 23803, Pastor Mary Dadisman will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to Kenwood United Methodist Church or to the American Cancer Society.
