Tammy Costa

Tammy D. Costa of Matoaca, 56 passed away January 11, 2015. She was the daughter of the late William Ward Marshall Jr., and Lucille McIntire Marshall. Survivors include her husband of 31 years Patrick Frank Costa, two sons Patrick M. Costa of Matoaca, Samuel A. Costa A1C of Mountain Home Idaho AFB, brother; William Ward Marshall III.; of Richmond and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and cousins in Punxsutawney Pennsylvania. A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m., Thursday January 22, 2015 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, with the Reverend Dr. Randall T. Hahn officiating. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Heights Baptist Church. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
