Thelma Morgan

Thelma Capelle Morgan, 92, of Petersburg passed away on Monday, July 24th, 2017. She was born June 26, 1925 in Portsmouth, Virginia. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, William Henry and Thelma More Capelle, and her husband, William F. Morgan. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Franklyn C. and Barbara Morgan; three granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be private.
