Theresa Womack

Theresa Ellsworth Womack, 90, of Chester, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at her residence. Born in Laurel, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Karl and Emily Graffam Charles. She was preceded in death by her first and second husband, Alvin Lee Ellsworth and Joseph Gilmore Womack. Mrs. Womack is survived by two daughters, Pat Pruden of Bracey and Mary Lou Usry of Chester; a grandson, Shawn Pruden of Hope Mills, North Carolina; two granddaughters, Shannon Alley of Chester and Kimberly Wisniewski of Chesterfield; and three great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Ralph Fletcher officiating. Burial will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Pilots Lane, Richmond, Virginia 23222.
