Thomas Grigg

Thomas Guthrie Grigg, 89, of Richmond, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2014. Born in Virginia he was the son of the late Elijah H. Grigg Sr. and Minnie Guthrie Grigg, and the widower of Lena S. Grigg. He was a member of the Church of the Epiphany, Richmond. He is survived by his daughter, Brenda Earley Chandler and husband, William Belt Chandler of Quinton; a grandson, Nicholas Earley; three brothers, James, Joseph and Elijah Grigg Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, 12609 Patterson Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23229 with the Reverend Nathan Decker officiating.
