Thomas Johnson

Thomas F. Johnson, 96, of Colonial Heights passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015 at his residence. He was born on July 29, 1918 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Elmer and Margaret Everest Johnson. Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin, a PhD from Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana and served in the United States Army during World War II. He was the Chief Psychologist at Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute for 9 years in Philadelphia, Head Family Therapy Division of Delaware County Juvenile Court in Media, Pennsylvania, and later moved to Colonial Heights in 2002. He is survived by his wife, Jean; sons, Kevin and Christopher; daughter, Melissa; two granddaughters; a grandson; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be private.
