Thomas Phillips

Thomas Allen Phillips, 50, of Dinwiddie, died Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at his residence. Thomas was employed by Philip Morris Tobacco Company with over 29 years of service. Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife, Wanda Phillips; step-daughter, Lindsay Brooke Kerr of Dinwiddie; step-son, Cory Michael Kerr of Dinwiddie; a brother, Bernard M .Phillips Jr. of Chester; a devoted cousin and friend, Daniel McAllister; six nephews and one niece. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 29, 2009 from 7-8: 30 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. A memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 2009 in Matoaca Baptist Church, 6409 River Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805 with the Reverend Donald Joyner officiating.
