Thomas Wilkinson

Thomas Nash Wilkinson, 55, of Chester, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020.  He was born on June 8, 1964 and was preceded in death by his father, Cortez W. “Jimmie” Wilkinson Jr.  Growing up Tommy attended Ivey United Methodist Church.  He was a lifelong NASCAR fan, and his favorite driver currently being Chase Elliott, he was a Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks fan, he had a soft heart for stray animals, and loved cats.

Tommy worked as a brick mason for over 20 years.

He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth “Jackie” Pickels Wilkinson; sister, Lisa Baker (Houston); brothers, Mike Wilkinson (Leslie), Jeff Wilkinson (Terry), and Bobby Wilkinson (Sherri); nieces, Maggie Baker, Bailey & Ellie Wilkinson; and nephews, Gary & Joseph Wilkinson.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 6, 2020 in Sunset Memorial Park Chester,Virginia.   Arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.  In lieu of flower’s contributions may be made to your local Animal Shelter in honor of Tommy.
