Timothy Rodgers

Timothy Wayne Rodgers, 50, of Chester, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at his residence. He was the son of the late Emory and Patricia Maitland Rodgers. Mr. Rodgers was a self-employed electrician trading as T.W. Rodgers Contractor, and he was an avid Washington Redskins fan. He is survived by his loving daughter, Jordan Rushing and husband, Chris of Oceanside, California; brothers Andy Rodgers, Keith Young, and Steve Young; a cousin and best friend, Michael Maitland. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 2, 2016 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard 23834 with Pastor Alexis Fathbruckner officiating. Burial to follow in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg.
