Timothy R. Spivey, 62, of Colonial Heights, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Spivey; son, Christopher Schaaf and his wife, Liz Schaaf; grandchildren, Caden and Charlie Schaaf; parents, Billy Ray and Katherine Johnson Spivey; brother, Gary Spivey; and mother-in-law, Julia Carter. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.
