Virginia Inez Aldridge

Virginia Inez Aldridge, 86, of Prince George, VA, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2024. Born in Petersburg, VA, on April 10, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Walter O. Aldridge and Clara Pauline Jarratt. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Herbert L. Jarratt; sister, Frances Bosher; brother, Hunter Aldridge; nephew, Allen Aldridge; and niece, Karen Bornstein. 

Virginia was a longtime childcare provider and she often loved to walk and talk with her neighbors and friends.

She is survived by her nephews, Gary Aldridge and Bruce Aldridge, both of Prince George, VA.  

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, in Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Road, S. Prince George, VA 23805. Arrangements are by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834.
