Virginia Crumpler

Virginia Lucas Crumpler, 88, of Powder Springs, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2009. Ms. Crumpler had lived in Cobb County for the past 1 1/2 years. A native of Richmond, Virginia, she was of the Christian faith. She is survived by her son, Dave Jordan of Powder Springs; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2009 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, Virginia. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Colonial Heights SPCA, 201 Temple Ave, Ste E, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.
