Wanda Hamilton

Wanda Turner Hamilton, 40, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2008 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her father, Grover Cleveland Turner Jr. Ms. Hamilton is survived by her life mate, Roy F. Yowell; mother, Angela C. Moore and step-father, Thomas L. Moore of Sandston; two brothers, Gerry W. Turner and David L. Turner; two sisters, Joyce A. Dollison and Suzette M. Bowe; grandmothers, Gota S. Cooke and Helen D. Yowell; numerous nieces and nephews; her dear pets, Puppiey, Bottie But, Cry Baby and Blackie. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 31, 2008 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Donald Sumpter officiating. Private interment. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
