Warren Gardner

Warren J. Gardner of Colonial Heights died Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at his home. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Sandra C. Gardner; one son, David W. Gardner of Colonial Heights; three daughters, Carol Gee and husband, William Gee of Kenbridge, Lori Reitmeier and husband, Bob of Blackstone, and Sandra Jean Steffensen and husband, Leland of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; one brother, The Reverend A. L. Gardner of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren, Melissa Becerra and Brittany Gardner of Colonial Heights, Jason Gee of Kenbridge, Cory Gee and wife, Brittany of Baskerville, C.J., Amanda and Nicolas Lee of Blackstone, Erica and Jeremey Steffensen of Winston-Salem; two great-grandchildren, Hannah and Robert Becerra of Colonial Heights. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 26, 2012 in the Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church, 211 Lynchburg Avenue, Colonial Heights with the Reverend Dr. Glenda Hollingshead officiating. A time of fellowship will be held in the fellowship room following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Autistic Society of Virginia
