Warren Leftwich

Warren A. Leftwich, 89, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Southside Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Jefferson Davis Leftwich and Sarah Estelle Woolridge Leftwich and was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy "Dot" Leftwich and a son, Glenn Leftwich. Mr. Leftwich was a WWII. United States Army Veteran, a member of the Powhatan Stark Masonic Lodge#124 AFAM. He is survived by a grandson, John Leftwich of Richmond; a nephew, Herman Davis Leftwich; great nephew, Dee Leftwich; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2011 in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg. The Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard are handling the funeral arrangements.
