Willard E. Andrews, 62, of Prince George, died Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg. He was a son of the late Calvin C. and Helen C. Andrews. Willard was the owner and operator of Andrews Drywall, Inc. for over 37 years. He loved being outside at his pond fishing and spending quality time with his family. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of over 35 years, Ruby D. Andrews; a daughter and son-in-law, Kellie A. and James L. "Jay" Ruffa, II; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert E. and Mary O. Andrews; two grandchildren Willard J. "Will" and Mary A. Andrews all of Colonial Heights; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Virginia "Bootse" Andrews of Prince George and Mildred and James Aldridge of Colonial Heights; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Phillip and Diane Joyner of Chester and Robert "Bobby" and Sharon Andrews of Chesterfield and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Friday, April 11, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Sunset Memorial Park in Chester. Pastor Keith Ritchie will officiate. Interment will follow. Friends and family will assemble at the grave. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
