William Mcgrath Jr.

William E. McGrath, Jr., 77, of Colonial Heights passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at McGuire VA Medical Center. Born June 1, 1940, he was the son of the late William E., Sr. and Mercie Jane McGrath, and was also preceded in death by his sister, Pat Capella. He is survived by his loving wife, Janice McGrath; daughter, Monica Cannon; son, Billy McGrath and wife, Tammy; seven grandchildren, Robbie, Scott, Tony, Erin, Delaney, Megan, Tori; ten great-grandchildren, Hunter, Laura, Cade, Cole, Gracie, Blake, Kensley, Corbin, Jaxon, Bristol; brother, John McGrath of Florida; sister, Mary Parkhurst of Florida; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, September, 24, 2017 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
